🚀 Hiring: Associate Content Lead | Instructional Design
Are you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and impactful content? We’re looking for an experienced Instructional Designer / Content Lead to join our team at NIIT!
📍 Location: Hyderabad
⏳ Duration: 6-Month Contract
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shift
🔹 What you’ll do:
• Design and develop interactive e-learning content (ILT, self-paced, simulations)
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to build high-quality learning solutions
• Create engaging modules, assessments, and real-world use cases
• Ensure content quality, learner engagement, and timely delivery
🔹 What we’re looking for:
• 4–6 years of experience in Instructional Design / eLearning
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles
• Experience working with global stakeholders is a plus
