Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Copywriter / Content Associate who can translate flavour, product, and research-driven information into clear, structured, and engaging communication.
This role combines technical writing, SEO-driven content creation, and AI-assisted workflows, ensuring that all content is not only informative but also discoverable, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities🧪 Technical & Product Communication
- Write and structure:
- Application notes
- Flavour descriptions
- Product and concept sheets
- Translate technical inputs into clear, customer-friendly language
- Support development of concept-led narratives for product presentations
📊 Sales & Business Communication
- Assist in creating and refining:
- Client pitch decks
- Sales presentations
- Product introductions
- Help communicate value, differentiation, and application relevance
- Support sales teams with structured and consistent messaging
🌐 Website & SEO Content Management
- Curate and maintain website content, including:
- Blogs
- Product and brand pages
- Research-based updates
- Incorporate SEO best practices, including:
- Keyword research and integration
- On-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking)
- Content structuring for search visibility
- Continuously optimise content for search performance and discoverability
📣 Brand Communication Across Channels
- Curate and develop content across:
- Social media
- Email communication
- Marketing and brand materials
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and clarity across all platforms
- Support ongoing content planning and execution
🧠 Thought Leadership & Research Support
- Develop research-backed, insight-driven content
- Work closely with Research, R&D, and Marketing teams to communicate:
- Innovation stories
- Industry insights
- Product developments
🤖 AI-Assisted Content & Workflow Optimization
- Leverage AI tools for:
- Content ideation and research support
- Draft structuring and content enhancement
- SEO optimization and keyword expansion
- Apply AIO (AI Optimization) principles to ensure content performs well across:
- Search engines
- AI-driven discovery platforms
- Maintain originality, accuracy, and brand integrity while using AI
🔁 Content Governance & CRM Support
- Support CRM and internal teams in maintaining consistent brand language
- Review and refine content for:
- Tone consistency
- Clarity and accuracy
- Alignment with brand guidelines
- Act as a quality checkpoint for all written communication
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in technical writing, content, or communications
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword-based content writing
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization
- Ability to simplify technical or product-driven information
- Excellent command of written English with strong structuring and editing skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple content streams
🎓 Preferred Background
- Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in FMCG, food, ingredients, or B2B industries
- Exposure to SEO tools, content platforms, or analytics tools
- Familiarity with compliance-sensitive or technical content
