Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Associate who wants to be at the center of how a modern D2C brand tells stories, launches campaigns, and ships content that performs for our brand Nobero. This role isn’t just about “posting” or “proofreading”—it’s about helping us build a content engine that’s fast, high-quality, on-brand, and always improving.
You’ll work closely with marketing, design and product to turn ideas into polished output across channels—social, website, emails, video scripts, and more. You’ll also have visibility into what’s working (and why), helping us double down on content that drives real impact.

Key Responsibilities
Create content that people want to read/watch and respond to
- Research, write, edit, and proofread across formats: articles, social posts, website copy, video scripts, emails, and promotional content
- Keep the writing clear, accurate, well-structured, and aligned with the brand tone
- Adapt content to campaign needs, platform formats, and what actually works on each channel
Own content management
- Run content calendars and ensure timelines don’t slip
- Maintain a high bar for brand consistency across every touchpoint
- Keep content organized so teams can move quickly and confidently
Be the final quality gate
- Do detailed checks for grammar, accuracy, formatting, and completeness
- Make sure content goes live clean—no missing/off-brand elements, broken formatting, or last-minute surprises
Collaborate across teams to bring content to life
- Partner with marketing, design, product, and other teams to align content with bigger goals
- Coordinate feedback and iterations smoothly so content improves without slowing down
Help turn content into a learning loop
- Maintain trackers and content logs so the team always has visibility
- Monitor basic analytics and share updates on what’s performing
- Help build a consistent rhythm of “what worked - what we learned – what we will create next”
Skills Needed
Writing & Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong grammar, clarity, and the ability to switch tone/formats confidently
Technical Skills
- Comfortable with MS Office + Google Suite + Canva + Google Slides
- Intermediate to advanced AI skills are mandatory (researching, drafting, editing, improving content faster and better)
Organizational Skills
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple deliverables
- High attention to detail and consistency
Initiative
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning work end-to-end
- Strong coordination skills across teams and stakeholders
Industry Knowledge
- Awareness of content trends, SEO basics, and digital best practices
- Interest in marketing, social media, and understanding what performs and why
Experience
- 2–3 years in a content role (creation + execution)
- 1–2 years exposure to digital marketing and social media is highly desirable
- Influencer marketing experience for a D2C brand is a plus
