Key Responsibilities
- Visual Storytelling: Design and develop sophisticated PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership, client pitches, and internal town halls.
- Data Visualization: Conceptualize and render complex datasets into easy-to-understand infographics, charts, and diagrams.
- Template Management: Maintain and evolve Collabera’s corporate identity by creating and enforcing master templates and style guides.
- Creative Consulting: Act as a creative partner to business leads, suggesting layout improvements and narrative flows to enhance message retention.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables are error-free, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized for both digital viewing and high-resolution printing.
- Innovation: Stay updated on global design trends and integrate advanced PPT features (morph transitions, zoom, embedded media) to create interactive experiences.
Pre-requisites & Skills
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced morph animation, slide masters, and complex formatting).
- Design Software: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) to create custom assets and icons.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret business briefs and extract key messages from dense technical or financial content.
- Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for typography, alignment, color theory, and white-space utilization.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles—from minimalist corporate decks to vibrant, creative pitch books.
- Communication: Excellent command of English (written and verbal) to collaborate with global teams across different time zones.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. (Candidates with a business background and a strong design portfolio will also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in a design agency or corporate communications team
