Job Title: Content & Video Production Intern (6-Month Internship)

Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident intern who will act as the on-camera face for hospital shoots while also contributing to video production and editing. This is a 6-month internship that requires comfort in clinical environments, quick execution, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging short-form content rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
Act as on-camera talent for hospital shoots, doctor interactions, and patient-facing content
Record short-form videos and reels in hospital and clinical settings
Assist in planning and executing content shoots
Edit reels and short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
Ensure fast turnaround of edited content
Support production planning, scheduling, and on-ground logistics
Coordinate post-production processes and maintain content quality
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to execute ideas
Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand presentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable on camera and able to communicate confidently with doctors and patients
Basic video shooting skills using phone or camera
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar
Ability to work quickly and deliver fast edits
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and quality control
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel to hospitals or shoot locations
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience creating Instagram reels or short-form content
Understanding of social media trends and viral formats
Interest in healthcare, wellness, or storytelling content
Exposure to video production, media, or related fields
Role Expectations
This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role. The candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in real-time hospital environments. You will be expected to quickly convert raw
footage into engaging, platform-ready content while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.
