Role Overview
We are seeking a Content and Growth Manager to own and scale content as a core driver of
revenue, retention, and organic growth. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing,
SEO, and performance-driven communication.
The mandate is to build a high-functioning content engine that delivers measurable business
outcomes—driving revenue through email (Klaviyo), scaling organic acquisition through SEO
and distribution, and improving conversion across paid and owned channels. The role requires a
balance of strategic clarity and hands-on execution, with accountability across USA, UK, EU,
and India markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy
● Define and continuously refine Fourth Frontier’s content narrative for global markets
● Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated, and conversion-oriented
messaging
● Develop structured content frameworks across the funnel (acquisition, consideration,
conversion, retention)
● Identify high-leverage content opportunities across performance training, heart health,
and longevity
2. Email & Lifecycle Marketing
● Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and execution using Klaviyo
● Design, build, and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase,
win-back, retention)
● Lead campaign planning and execution across newsletters and promotional calendars
● Drive continuous improvement in key metrics including open rates, click-through rates,
and revenue per recipient
● Implement audience segmentation and personalisation strategies tailored to Western
markets
3. Content Execution (Cross-Channel)
● Develop high-performing copy across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube)
● Own website and landing page content with a focus on conversion and clarity
● Create structured, platform-relevant social content aligned with brand positioning
● Partner closely with design and performance teams to ensure coherence between
message and visual execution
4. Content Marketing & SEO
● Own blog strategy end-to-end, including topic selection, keyword strategy, and editorial
calendar
● Produce long-form and short-form content designed to scale organic traffic and authority
● Drive on-page SEO improvements through structured, search-optimised content
● Build a defensible organic content moat within performance health and endurance
training
5. Content Distribution & Partnerships
● Develop and execute distribution strategies across third-party platforms, publications,
and partner ecosystems
● Build and scale backlink acquisition through guest contributions and collaborations
● Lead platform-native strategies for channels such as Strava, Reddit, and Quora, with an
emphasis on credibility and long-term value creation
● Identify and operationalise high-leverage distribution channels to extend reach and
authority
6. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
● Oversee brand presence across forums, reviews, and community platforms
● Engage thoughtfully in relevant conversations to shape brand perception
● Establish systems to proactively manage and strengthen brand credibility across key
channels
What We’re Looking For
● 5–8 years of experience in content, lifecycle marketing, or growth roles, preferably in
D2C environments
● Demonstrated expertise in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
● Exceptional written English with a strong command of Western tone, nuance, and
cultural context
● Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes through content and lifecycle
marketing
● Strong understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies
● Ability to manage complexity and translate high volumes of content into prioritised, high-
impact output
● Solid grasp of performance marketing metrics and their application to content strategy
● Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content production, quality, and speed
● Capability to design and implement scalable content systems and workflows
● High degree of ownership, with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives
end-to-end
Good to Have
● Personal interest in fitness, endurance sports, or performance training
● Affinity for wearables, health technology, and data-driven products
● Familiarity with concepts such as VO2 Max, heart rate zones, and endurance physiology
● Experience working with international markets, particularly USA, UK, and EU
