Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Content and Design Specialist located in Kolkata. The Content and Design Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging web content, strategizing content initiatives, managing content across platforms, and contributing to organizational communication goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing content strategies, writing and editing content, and effectively communicating messages to various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing, Content Strategy, and writing engaging, audience-focused content
- Experience in Content Management, including organizing and maintaining digital assets
- Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey messages and ideas
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with tools used for content creation and management is an advantage
- Prior experience in the non-profit sector or skilling initiatives is a plus
