Role Summary
We are looking for a Content Strategist who can own and drive content strategy for a D2C brand. This role focuses on building strong brand narratives, planning content across platforms, and ensuring messaging consistency that supports growth, trust, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate understands D2C audiences deeply and knows how to translate brand intent into compelling, high-impact content across formats.
Core Responsibility
Own the end-to-end content strategy for a D2C brand and ensure consistency, clarity, and impact across all content touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategy aligned with brand goals and D2C customer journeys
- Plan content themes, calendars, and messaging frameworks across platforms (social, ads, website, campaigns)
- Create and review content briefs for writers, designers, and video teams
- Ensure strong storytelling, brand voice, and message clarity across all content
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with launches and campaigns
- Analyze content performance and refine strategy based on engagement, audience response, and trends
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to strengthen brand trust and recall
- Maintain consistency in tone, positioning, and value communication

Must-Have Experience
- 4-5 years of experience as a Content Strategist or Senior Content role
- Mandatory D2C brand experience
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and content consumption patterns
- Proven experience in planning content across multiple formats and platforms
- Ability to think strategically while ensuring strong execution
- Experience working closely with design, video, and marketing teams
Good to Have
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands
- Familiarity with short-form video and social-first content
- Ability to guide creators, writers, and editors effectively
