Role Description
This is a 5-month contract-based remote role for a Content Analyst / Production Editor extendabale basis client requirement. We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Analyst / Production Editor to support high-accuracy digital content updates within a fast-paced learning ecosystem.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of content, technology, and operations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and quality across large-scale digital content workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital production updates including errata, revisions, and patch implementations
- Perform line-by-line technical editing while preserving instructional intent
- Work with Excel, CSV files, and proprietary systems for content validation and updates
- Apply basic HTML knowledge to troubleshoot and validate digital content structure
- Document workflows and contribute to process standardization and knowledge building
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization
- Support automation initiatives and scalable content operations
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery
- The job will require structured copy paste of educational content in the required tools for publishing
What We’re Looking For (Apply if you have the skills indicates as Must Have)
- Prior experience of editing and proof reading of educational content is a MUST have
- Experience with CMS/LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, others) is a MUST have
- 2–5 years of experience in digital publishing, content management, or edtech
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
- Proficiency in Excel and structured data handling
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Ability to document processes and collaborate cross-functionally
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Certifications in Instructional Technology / Digital Publishing are a plus
Compensation
- ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Depending on experience, skillset, and overall fitment)
