🔥 Role Overview:
We are looking for someone who can not just post content but actually generate leads through social media and outreach.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram + LinkedIn (posting, reels, captions)
- Convert content into client inquiries (DMs, WhatsApp)
- Create reels from site visits, before/after, client problems
- Handle incoming DMs & basic client qualification
- Do outreach to brokers, builders, and potential clients
- Suggest content ideas that attract premium clients
🎯 Must-Have Skills:
- Basic understanding of Instagram growth
- Good communication (English + Hindi)
- Knows how to write engaging captions
- Comfortable being around shoots / site content
- Bonus: Canva / basic editing
