<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced <strong>Direct Support Professionals (DSP)</strong> to join our team in Savannah, TN. The ideal candidate will have 1<strong>–3 years of experience</strong> working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and a strong commitment to person‑centered care.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Provide direct support to individuals in daily living activities, community engagement, and personal skill development</li>
<li>Promote independence, safety, and quality of life</li>
<li>Implement individualized support plans and follow agency policies</li>
<li>Assist with documentation, progress notes, and communication with supervisors <ul>
<li>Support individuals in community outings, appointments, and activities</li>
<li>Maintain a professional, respectful, and supportive environment at all times</li>
</ul>

<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Ability to pass background checks and required screenings</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others</li>
