Job Description:
• 8–15 years of experience in Contact Center technologies, solution architecture, or presales roles. • In-depth understanding of industry-leading CCaaS platforms including Genesys, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, Cisco, Five9, Talkdesk, Google CCAI, and Avaya.
• Strong experience with contact center adjunct technologies such as WFM, Analytics, CRM integrations, voice & screen recording, and third-party business applications.
• Expertise in global contact center solution design, requirement gathering, analysis, and proposal formulation.
• Exposure to AI / Gen AI / Agentic AI use cases in contact center modernization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create strategic and technical documentation.
