We are looking for NICE CXone (inContact) Contact Center Engineers / Developers to join our team on an immediate basis.
Role: NICE CXone / inContact Contact Center Engineer / Developer
Location: Pan India (Remote / Hybrid based on project)
Experience: 4+ years (flexible for strong profiles)
🔹 Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Hands‑on experience with NICE CXone / inContact
- Configuration of ACD, IVR, skills‑based routing, call flows
- Experience with NICE Studio
- Omnichannel setup (Voice, Chat, Email, SMS)
- Troubleshooting and support for contact center solutions
- API / Integration experience is a plus
- Exposure to CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.) is good to have
🔹 What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments
- Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
