Frontline Mechanical is looking for full-time, permanent Industrial Planermen and Millwrights for work in northern BC and Alberta immediately.

- Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively and efficiently to maximize production and product quality. Particular attention paid to time management, quality of work, and cleanup.
- Ability to understand and operate equipment and all aspects of the plant operation.
- Must be able to follow company policies and procedures, competency based training programs as taught by the senior personnel.
- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all paperwork generated by their daily duties.
- Other responsibilities as determined by the management.
- Experience needed for grinding flat and profile planer knives for green and dry products
- Ability to do knife changes and monitor sizes to maintain a quality product
- Welding, cutting and grinding
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Millwright should have 1 year of experience
