EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a global, market-leading consumer products manufacturer that is looking to hire a Consumer Products Insights & Innovation Strategy Manager, based in Bangalore, to support its Asia business.
This role is focused on translating market needs, product performance insights, and technical considerations into clear recommendations that support product strategy, customer communication, and innovation priorities across multiple markets. The successful candidate will help shape how product improvements and technical benefits are understood internally and externally, while partnering with teams across product development, operations, commercial, and supply functions. The position suits someone comfortable operating across both business and technical environments, with the ability to turn complex information into practical actions.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical/scientific discipline
- Exposure to product, device, or electronics-led environments would be helpful, but is not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to different audiences
- Confident working with cross-functional teams in an international, matrixed environment
- Able to interpret data, identify trends, and convert findings into concise, action-oriented recommendations
- Self-motivated, organized, commercially aware, and able to work independently with limited supervision
- Comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different regions, functions, and cultures
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel occasionally
