Key Responsibilities
Understand customer feedback after purchase and assess their satisfaction with the product.
Identify challenges customers faced and gather insights on product quality and user experience.
Highlight scope of improvement based on recurring customer issues and feedback trends.
Handle customer concerns politely and patiently, especially when dealing with agitated customers.
Maintain clear and accurate records of customer feedback and interactions.
Ensure every customer feels valued and supported throughout the post-sales journey.
Requirements
Fluent English—spoken and written.
No prior BPO experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a calm approach during difficult conversations.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of e-commerce consumer behaviour is a plus.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset.
