Role Description
Mitraev is seeking a part-time Consulting Psychologist to join its team on-site in Hyderabad. In this role, the psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, counsel clients on mental health challenges, and provide customized interventions to support emotional well-being. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the development and refinement of behavioral strategies under the Ratri Charya framework. The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address the mental health and recovery needs of individuals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health care practices
- Experience in Counseling and providing therapeutic support
- Proficiency in Psychological Assessment and interpretation of results
- Background in or knowledge of Medicine as it relates to mental health is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or a related field
- Experience in developing tailored behavioral interventions is an advantage
