Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Consulting Psychologist based in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing psychological assessments, offering counseling sessions, and addressing mental health needs across various contexts. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the development of mental health initiatives, guiding clients through tailored intervention strategies, and collaborating with teams to enhance psychological well-being in alignment with Mitraev’s recovery-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology and Mental Health, including knowledge of behavioral and emotional well-being
- Proficiency in Counseling and Psychological Assessment methods
- Background or experience in Medicine related to mental health care
- Ability to deliver empathetic, ethical, and client-centered care
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in counseling or psychological assessment are an advantage
