Hiring: Consulting Manager | Vizag (Work from Office)
We are looking for a Consulting Manager to join our growing team and work across strategy, analytics, financial analysis, and transformation engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive workstreams independently from analysis to recommendations
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and financial analysis
• Build business cases, financial models, and strategic insights
• Create client-ready presentations and executive summaries
• Support client discussions, workshops, and review meetings
• Collaborate with analysts and leadership teams on project delivery
Who We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, or related roles
• Exposure to BFSI, insurance, financial services, or banking domains
• Strong skills in Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint storytelling
• Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
Preferred:
• Experience with consulting frameworks, transformation projects, or financial analysis engagements
• Prior exposure to consulting firms or client-facing projects is a plus
