Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Consulting Manager to lead our Implementation Consulting team across all Jaza products. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about apparel manufacturing, process improvement, digital transformation, and customer success.
As Consulting Manager, you will lead customer implementations, build consulting methodologies, mentor consultants, and ensure successful customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation consulting projects from kickoff to Go-Live.
- Manage multiple customer deployments and consulting resources.
- Build implementation methodologies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Mentor and develop the consulting team.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Preferred Educational Background
- Apparel Production
- Apparel Manufacturing
- Industrial Engineering
- Textile Technology
- Mechanical/Production Engineering
- MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
