Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: MD / DNB in Transfusion Medicine
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital-based blood center or transfusion services (preferred)
• Registration: Valid medical council registration

• Strong knowledge of transfusion practices and regulations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and quality orientation
• Good communication and interdepartmental coordination skills
• Ability to handle emergencies and critical decision-making
Preferred Attributes
• Experience in setting up or managing hospital-based blood centers
• Exposure to accreditation processes (NABH/NABL)
• Familiarity with automation and blood bank information systems
