Hiring: Consultant Trainer – Client Success & Sales Excellence
Location: Mumbai

LabelBlind® Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India’s 1st AI-driven food regulatory labelling technology company, is inviting applications for the engagement of a Consultant Trainer to strengthen capability building across its Client Success and Sales teams for the FoLSol® SaaS platform.
This engagement will focus on two key areas:
1. Client Success Capability Building
Train regulatory and nutrition science professionals to drive measurable customer success through stronger onboarding, implementation support, workflow understanding, customer engagement, solutioning, retention, and value delivery.
2. Sales Counselling & Consultative Selling
Train Sales Leads in a counselling-based enterprise sales approach focused on communicating the business value of FoLSol® through ROI, cost-benefit analysis, productivity gains, compliance risk reduction, and operational efficiency compared to manual regulatory methods.
The training approach should combine LabelBlind’s business principles with practical, real-world experience through:
- Simulations and role plays
- Mock customer interactions
- Objection handling exercises
- Capability assessments
- Structured improvement plans
- Development of reusable playbooks
We are looking for a hands-on specialist experienced in SaaS or enterprise software environments, modern coaching methodologies, behavioural training, and consultative selling.
The ideal candidate should be execution-oriented, commercially aware, and capable of translating complex software concepts into practical customer-facing conversations.
Engagement Details:
• Consultant assignment
• Defined project duration: 4–6 weeks
• Hybrid mode: Mumbai office + online sessions
• Renewable based on performance
