As a Consultant in Subscription Sales, you must focus on driving revenue growth by promoting Subscription-Based services.
You will engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored subscription solutions.
Your role includes developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conducting product demonstrations and presenting the value of subscription services to potential clients.
Managing the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.
Ensuring a smooth transition so the customer is properly onboarded and starts using the software immediately.
Proactively identifying at-risk customers (low usage) and re-engaging them before their renewal date.
Identifying opportunities to move the customer to a higher "tier" or add more users as their company grows.
Acting as a bridge between the customer and the product team to suggest features that would reduce churn or increase value.
Order Management - Makes sure the Renewed Orders are processed on time & Invoices are delivered with the speculated time.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
