Role Description
Job Title: Consultant - Student Enrollment Officer
Location: Remote / On-site (as applicable)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven, conversion-focused professional who can own the entire student enrollment funnel—from lead engagement to final payment. This is not a passive counseling role; you will be directly responsible for turning leads into paid enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion (Primary Responsibility)
- Contact new leads within 5–10 minutes
- Qualify prospects and understand their goals
- Pitch the program clearly and confidently
- Handle objections (pricing, time, credibility, etc.)
- Close enrollments and drive payment completion
2. Follow-up & Pipeline Management
- Execute 3–5 structured follow-ups per lead
- Maintain daily tracking of lead status (interested / not interested / converted)
- Ensure no lead goes cold without proper closure
3. Student Counselling
- Guide prospects on program fit and career outcomes
- Build trust and clarity around quantum computing programs
- Position QUCOMP as a credible, outcome-driven academy
4. Marketing Feedback Loop
- Provide insights on lead quality and common objections
- Suggest improvements in messaging, targeting, and offers
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve conversion rates
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate (target: 30%+)
- Response time to new leads
- Number of calls & follow-ups per lead
- Revenue generated from enrollments
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales / admissions / lead conversion
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- High ownership mindset (results > activity)
- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
Preferred Background
- Experience in EdTech / course sales / coaching programs
- Understanding of tech or science programs (bonus, not mandatory)
Compensation Structure
- Fixed + high-performance incentives
- Incentives directly tied to enrollments and revenue
Who Should NOT Apply

- Candidates uncomfortable with sales targets or closing

- Consistently converting incoming leads into paid students
