Job Summary: You will play a pivotal role in driving efficient hiring delivery for Wissen’s strategic accounts. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, faster mandate closures, and stronger operational systems. This role demands a high degree of ownership, structured governance, and the ability to collaborate across recruitment and business teams to ensure seamless hiring execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interview governance and hiring operations for strategic client accounts
- Drive structured engagement with client stakeholders to map priorities and ensure delivery excellence
- Design and manage interview workflows, ensuring faster turnaround and high-quality coordination
- Monitor, audit, and validate all documentation before client submission to ensure error-free output
- Maintain real-time visibility into open positions, pipelines, closures, and hiring SLAs
- Create and manage MIS dashboards tracking key metrics: submission–interview ratios, offer conversions, and joiner predictability
- Drive bench resource utilization by mapping talent proactively to active mandates
- Coordinate across recruitment, delivery, business, and client teams to ensure seamless communication
- Identify operational inefficiencies and standardize processes across teams
- Escalate challenges early and drive timely resolution
Requirements:
- Client stakeholder management for high-priority or strategic accounts
- Recruitment operations leadership across full interview lifecycle
- Interview governance, scheduling, coordination & SLA management
- Documentation governance—resume validation, evaluation form audits, submission quality checks
- Advanced Excel and reporting (trackers, MIS dashboards, forecasting)
- Pipeline and mandate management across multiple business units
- Escalation handling and process streamlining in high-volume hiring environments
Good To Have Skills:
- Experience working with BFSI/large enterprise clients
- Exposure to ATS tools (e.g., Taleo, Workday, SuccessFactors, Zoho Recruit)
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with compliance documentation for clients.
