Key Responsibilities:
• Independently handle Indian patent prosecution matters from start to finish
• Prepare and respond to Office Actions
• Independently attend Patent Office hearings
• Prepare and manage prosecution strategy and communicate with stakeholders
• Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements:
🔹 Registered Indian Patent Agent
🔹 Strong experience in Indian patent prosecution
🔹 Ability to independently manage prosecution matters and attend hearings
🔹 Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics
🔹 US and/or EP prosecution experience will be an added advantage
🔹 Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
💼 Experience: 4+ years
