What You’ll do:

As a Senior Consultant in SAP BRIM FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable), and CI (Convergent Invoicing) you will take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery for complex billing and receivables requirements. Acting as a senior advisor, you will drive solution design, lead client engagements, and mentor junior consultants. This role requires deep functional expertise, leadership in solution delivery, and the ability to manage strategic stakeholder relationships.

Role Summary

As an SAP BRIM Consultant, you will be a core member of our delivery team, responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimising SAP BRIM solutions across client engagements. You will bring hands-on expertise in one or more BRIM modules — FICA/CI, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, or Subscription Order Management — and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop cross-module knowledge, grow your consulting skills, and contribute to high-profile digital transformation projects for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into detailed SAP BRIM functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure and implement SAP BRIM components supporting end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BRIM modules (FICA/CI, CC, CM, SOM) and with adjacent SAP workstreams (FICO, SD, CRM) to ensure seamless integration.
• Lead or support testing activities across Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT; document test scripts and manage defect resolution within agreed timelines.
• Develop high-quality functional and technical documentation including configuration guides, functional specifications (FSD/TSD), and process flows.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology and best practices throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
• Support system landscape setup, environment strategy, and data migration activities as required.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, internal capability building, and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–9 years of SAP experience with hands-on expertise in at least one core SAP BRIM module: FICA/CI, Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Mediation (CM), or Subscription Order Management (SOM).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes within the SAP BRIM ecosystem.
• Experience with integration touchpoints across BRIM modules and adjacent SAP systems (FICO, SD, CRM, and external platforms).
• Proficiency in preparing functional documentation, solution designs, and test artefacts.
• Solid experience in project delivery using SAP Activate methodology, including participation in workshops, testing, and go-live support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects within the BRIM / Revenue & Billing space.
• Knowledge of relevant industry verticals such as Telecommunications, Utilities, Financial Services, or Media & Entertainment.
• Experience with integration technologies, including APIs (REST/SOAP), Kafka, SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP), and enterprise middleware.
• Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• SAP BRIM, SAP FICA, or related SAP certification(s) — highly desirable.
• Experience building internal accelerators, reusable solution templates, or delivering POC demonstrations to clients.
