Job details:
Conduct psychological assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews
Diagnose mental health conditions based on established criteria (e.g., DSM-5/ICD-10)
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
Provide evidence-based therapies (CBT, psychotherapy, counseling, etc.)
Monitor and evaluate client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Offer crisis intervention and psychological support when required
Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
Provide consultation and training to staff or organizations (if applicable)
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in psychology
Requirements
- Master’s degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied)
- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or Ph.D. preferred
- Training from an institute recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India
