Role Description The Consultant – Process Training is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and updating process training programs related to revenue cycle management and operational workflows. The consultant conducts needs assessments, documents current processes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and standardize best practices. Daily activities include facilitating classroom and on-the-job training sessions, creating training materials and SOPs, tracking training completion and effectiveness, and providing ongoing coaching to team members. The role also involves monitoring process adherence, analyzing performance data, and recommending adjustments to training or processes to support quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Business Process, Business Process Management, and Business Process Improvement.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing workflows, identifying root causes, and interpreting performance metrics.
- Effective Communication skills for training delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and clear documentation.
- Experience in developing and delivering process training in operations, revenue cycle management, or related domains.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, documentation and presentation tools) and basic data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle or consulting environments, and familiarity with compliance and quality standards, is an advantage.
