Positions Name - Presales Consultant
Location: Hyderabad/ Chennai
Job Summary
The primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. Essential Responsibilities
- Driving business targets with joint proposals/solutions for end customers based on market trends and challenges
- Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
- Plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
- Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
- Responsible for Account specific Collateral Preparation: Capability articulation, Client specific collaterals & value packs, Micro-vertical Service articulation, Account Maps, Case Studies etc.
- Collaboration with sales and other functional teams within the organization to develop robust pipeline of opportunities
- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
- Consult with and listen to customer needs, mapping these to the capability of UL service/product offerings.
- Designing, tailoring and documenting the right solution to meet the customer’s specific needs
- Understand the customer requirements, liaise with the operations team, validate estimates and write proposals with technical solution
- Conduct market intelligence, Competitors analysis & other evaluation and assessments
- Adhere to the organization process / best practices
The experience we are looking to add to our team
Required
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in a pre-sales/business development role
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare payer/provider areas would be an added advantage.
- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends, abreast with the changing technology and industry landscape
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the solutions
- Client Interfacing and Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage innovation across multiple accounts at the same time.
- Have an eye for detail, with a commitment to accuracy.
- Have the ability to contribute collaboratively and individually based on business needs.
- A proactive team player and work seamlessly in teams of all sizes.
