Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Consultant Physiotherapist located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include assessing patients, developing personalized therapy plans, implementing treatment protocols, and monitoring progress to ensure effective recovery. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, providing patient education on management strategies, and maintaining detailed patient records to document treatment outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and development of tailored physical therapy plans
- Proficiency in therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to counsel and educate patients effectively
- Experience in utilizing modern therapeutic equipment and staying updated on evidence-based practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution
- Relevant work experience in physiotherapy care, ideally with exposure to chronic pain management
