Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant Physiotherapist located in Kolhapur. The Consultant Physiotherapist will assess and diagnose patients’ physical conditions, create and implement comprehensive treatment plans, and utilize a variety of physiotherapeutic techniques to improve mobility and manage pain. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and providing education to patients about exercises and lifestyle changes will be critical to the role. The physiotherapist will also monitor progress, document treatments, and ensure a high standard of patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient assessment and diagnosis, including interpreting medical histories and conducting physical examinations
• Hands-on expertise in physiotherapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
• Strong knowledge in creating tailored treatment plans and monitoring patient progress
• Ability to educate patients on preventive care, exercise routines, and post-treatment lifestyle adjustments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills for working effectively with patients and a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Relevant licensure or certification to practice as a physiotherapist
• Experience in handling specialized therapeutic equipment is a plus
• A commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care
