Role Description As a full-time Consultant Physiotherapist at ActivePro | Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre in Kundapura, you will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions. You will design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed. Daily responsibilities include documenting clinical findings, maintaining accurate treatment records, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive strategies, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals when appropriate. You will participate in clinic protocols, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and contribute to case discussions and internal training to ensure best practices. This is an on-site role that requires consistent presence at the centre to provide hands-on care and support to patients.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation program progression for acute and chronic cases.
- Ability to educate patients and caregivers clearly on home exercise programs, posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Competence in maintaining detailed clinical documentation, following professional guidelines, and adhering to ethical and safety standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse patients and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution; valid professional registration/license as required by local regulations.
- Previous clinical experience in outpatient physiotherapy or rehabilitation settings is preferred; experience with sports or neurorehabilitation is an added advantage.
