Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Neurosurgeon Consultant, based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The Neurosurgeon Consultant will be responsible for diagnosing and treating disorders of the nervous system, conducting advanced neurosurgical procedures, and providing pre-operative and post-operative care for patients. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams, contributing to continuous medical education, and participating in hospital workshops or seminars as needed.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Neurosurgery, including advanced surgical techniques and minimally invasive procedures
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in managing complex neurological conditions
- Proficiency in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and compassionate care practices
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective work with multidisciplinary teams
- Relevant education and certifications including an MBBS, MS/DNB in General Surgery, and MCh/DNB in Neurosurgery
- Commitment to staying updated with advancements in neurosurgical techniques and medical protocols
- Previous experience in a super specialty hospital is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient safety and wellbeing
