Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolhapur for a Medical Oncology Consultant. The consultant will oversee the diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of cancer patients. Responsibilities include providing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology treatments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team, and staying updated on advancements in the field. The consultant will also engage in patient counseling and ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in medical oncology, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy techniques.
- Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient counseling and team collaboration.
- Commitment to staying updated with advancements in oncology research and practices.
- Relevant certifications and a recognized degree in medical oncology or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in an oncology-focused healthcare setting is an advantage.
