We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant - Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex full-stack applications using Java and Angular, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and IT standards.
- Collaborate directly with external clients, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.
- Act as a technical expert and mentor, providing guidance and support to junior developers and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, optimize application performance, and ensure high availability and scalability of our systems.
- Participate in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Provide advanced production support, including troubleshooting complex issues and participating in on-call rotations as needed.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and project status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application within IT ecosystem.
Experiences Required:
- 6-9 years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java full-stack technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Java development (e.g., Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Oracle).
- Strong ability to write /analyze store procedures.
- Demonstrable expertise in front-end development using Angular (versions 8+ preferred).
- Proven ability to interact directly with clients, gather requirements, and present technical solutions clearly and effectively.
- Strong understanding and experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in the US Healthcare or Health Insurance industry.
Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to diverse audiences, including external clients.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence, guide, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
