Join Avyra Recruitment’s high-performing Trades & Labour team and take over an established desk with loyal clients, strong candidate flow, and huge potential for growth.
What You’ll Be Working With:
- 20,000+ active Labours in the database
- 1,000+ client contacts and 75+ companies with signed terms
- A proven record of consistent placements (5+ per week, 20–30 staff across multiple sites)
- A collaborative team of 13+ trade consultants who share leads, candidates, and insights
About You:
- Minimum 12 months of recruitment experience
- Background in the construction sector (preferred)
- Proven success managing a 360° desk and generating new business
- Consistent billing history
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and drive business development
- Source and place candidates into temporary and permanent roles
- Network, market, and generate new leads across the construction trades space
Salary & Commission
Annual Base Salary: ₹50K–₹75K (depending on experience)
- On Target Annual Commissions: ₹40K–₹100K
