Role Description
This is a part time role (currently) and mostly remote, for a Consultant (Human Capital) in the Greater Delhi Area. The Consultant will be responsible for business support activities of RCL on the Human Capital part of the business. As part of this unique role, the Consultant will earn a shared profit as well as a fixed compensation.
Part time aspirants to start with, are encouraged.
Qualifications
- Past experience of value in Recruitment & Selection. You should be able to articulate / present value.
- Good communication, and relationship-building abilities. English speaking is NOT a constraint.
- Fair understanding of logistics and supply chain mgt (L&SCM) domain will be a plus, NOT a limitor.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; however if you are TOO confident otherwise, do try by applying.
