📍 Location: India (remote / hybrid, with in-country engagement)
📌 Project: Strategic Market & Regulatory Assessment (Technology Sector)
📆 Engagement Structure
- Total project duration: 3 months
- Consultant involvement: ~1 month (part-time / intermittent)
- Participation in an initial kick-off (cadrage) meeting
- Contribution running in parallel with project progress
- Delivery of outputs based on a clearly defined Scope of Work (SOW)
Further project details will be shared upon confirmation and signature of the Project Acceptance Form.
🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Government, Regulatory Affairs & Policy Expert to support a strategic assignment within the technology and innovation ecosystem in India. The role will focus on delivering robust regulatory intelligence and policy insights to inform high-level strategic decisions.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Policy and regulatory review (technology and digital sectors)
- Analysis of government incentives and support frameworks
- Licensing and compliance environment assessment
- Development of regulatory intelligence and insight briefs
- Validation through stakeholder consultations
👤 Profile
- Strong experience in India’s technology regulation and policy landscape
- Familiarity with industrial policies, innovation frameworks, and regulatory ecosystems
- Experience engaging with government and regulatory bodies
- A young mindset, structured and methodical approach
- High level of flexibility and adaptability
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
