Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Consultant General Surgeon based in Dehradun. The Consultant General Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with surgical conditions, performing general and specialized surgical procedures, monitoring post-operative care, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. The role also includes participating in patient consultations, maintaining accurate medical records, and contributing to the hospital's commitment to delivering excellent healthcare services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in General Surgery and advanced surgical procedures
- Knowledge and experience in related specialties such as Orthopedic Surgery, Gastro Surgery, and other specialities
- An in-depth understanding of medical practices and principles
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Ability to handle critical care situations effectively and with compassion
- Medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Surgery and relevant certifications
- Prior experience as a General Surgeon is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Commitment to ethical medical practices and a patient-centered approach to healthcare
