Function: Managed Business Services (MBS) - Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC)
Location: Pune/Hyderabad
Designation: Consultant / Assistant Manager
Role & Responsibilities
Uniqus is seeking professionals for our MBS team. As a member of the team, you will work with clients to provide high-quality outsourcing services, focusing on the application of accounting standards, industry best practices and processes and implementation of new age tools and technology. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager / Associate Director with project execution and management.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with set up of an outsourcing project and framework for the client.
• Day to day execution of activities under Financial Operations being outsourced.
• Governance and status update meetings with the client and the internal management.
• Support the Manager / Associate Director to manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients.
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development.
• Stay up to date on developments in industry best practices for financial operations, new tools and technology.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Identify engagement and client service issues. Research and benchmark client data to industry data.
Requirements
We’re looking for accounting professionals who are passionate about providing outsourcing services (within Financial operations domain) to clients. The incumbent will work for top global clients across a wide variety of markets and industry sectors.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of accounting concepts, finance functions such as P2P, O2C, Treasury functions, MIS reporting, tax operations (such as TDS, GST etc.)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary.
• Possess strong domain knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Ability to work under pressure – stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours.
• Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
Qualification
• Semi Qualified CAs, MBA Graduates, Bcom Graduates
• Experience of accounting/financial reporting.
• 3-8 Years of relevant experience
