They should be able to drive evidence-based conversations and treatments by regularly upgrading their skills and knowledge.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role (in-clinic / out-of clinic/ field-based sportspostings) for an Exercise and Ortho - Physiotherapist based in Hyderabad. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting individual assessments, designing tailored exercise programs, and guiding patients in their rehabilitation journeys. The role also involves monitoring patient progress, providing education on musculoskeletal health, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
Strong communication and motivational skills are essential for empowering patients to achieve their health and wellness goals. They should have good hands-on skills regarding manual therapy techniques (or able to quickly refine their existing skills).
Qualifications
- Expertise in exercise implementation
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Willingness to conduct detailed patient assessments
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills to support daily patient engagement and compliance to exercise rehab/ fitness program
- Able to demonstrate exercises to patients
- Able to working collaboratively with different team members
- Daily documentation of patient-related artifacts - treatment, progress etc.
