Tenderly.Care is hiring a part-time Consultant Dermatologist to provide remote, expert-led dermatology consultations for women via chat and video on its women-centric digital healthcare platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on evidence-based, ethical, and patient-centric care for women’s skin, hair, and hormonal dermatological concerns.

Key responsibilities
- Provide virtual dermatology consultations (video and chat) for women on the Tenderly.Care platform
- Diagnose and manage common skin and hair conditions such as acne, pigmentation, hair fall, fungal infections, eczema, and dermatitis.
- Address PCOS-related skin issues, post-pregnancy and hormonal skin concerns with individualized, guideline-based treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in line with standard clinical protocols and safety norms.
- Maintain accurate and complete digital medical records for each consultation.
- Collaborate with gynaecologists and nutritionist on the platform to enable holistic, multidisciplinary care for patients.
- Uphold strict patient confidentiality, data privacy, and ethical medical practice in all interactions
Eligibility and requirements
- MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or relevant State Medical Council.
- Prior experience in teleconsultation or digital health platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, empathetic bedside manner, and a patient-centric approach to women’s health
- Genuine interest and passion for advancing women’s health and holistic care.
