Key R&R
Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Development
- Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Dataverse) including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows to meet business needs.
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web resources for form scripting and UI enhancements.
- Develop server-side components such as Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities using C# and .NET.
- Build and manage Power Platform solutions including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Dataverse configurations to automate business processes.
- Implement data migration, integration strategies, data cleansing, and validation rules to ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, connectors, and Power Platform tools.
- Manage CRM solution deployments and environment configurations across sandbox and production environments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM customizations, configurations, integrations, and development processes.
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot capabilities to identify opportunities for continuous platform improvement.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, including advanced visualizations, KPI frameworks, drill-down and drill-through analytics.
- Build optimized data models using star schema design, managing table relationships and semantic models in the Power BI Model view.
- Perform advanced analytics using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create calculated measures, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Design and manage semantic models and datasets using Tabular Model Definition Language (TMDL) and best practices for scalable BI architecture.
- Perform data transformation using Power Query, integrating data from multiple sources such as Dynamics 365 CRM, ERP systems, Excel, and databases.
- Develop secure and scalable reports using Row-Level Security (RLS), dataset management, and Power BI Service deployment.
- Utilize advanced Excel analytics including Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas for data preparation and validation.
- Conduct financial, sales, and operational performance analysis, identifying trends, gaps, and root causes to support data-driven decision making.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and executive dashboards to support strategic planning and operational performance monitoring.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates, feedback sessions, and strategic planning meetings.
- Assist Sales & Finance teams in data management & improving data accuracy within CRM
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on CRM functionalities, ensuring proper adoption of the system.
Experience / Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years working experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong data management and analysis abilities with independent working knowledge on MS Power BI, Tableau
- Microsoft Certified: D365 Functional Consultant (Sales) preferred
- Result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
- Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
- This role is an Individual contributor role with the expectation that the individual will be able to work independently and can adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
