ABOUT COMPANY:
Qrata is hiring for a Seattle headquartered, series A funded company which is an end-to-end AI-powered strategy research platform built for consulting firms, PE firms, and organizations that need high-quality research at speed. Their platform handles data gathering, analysis, and report generation — managers provide the consulting layer that makes outputs genuinely valuable to sophisticated clients. They work with global clients across the US, Canada, and beyond.
THE ROLE
This is a three-part role. You'll own the quality and delivery of platform-powered insights to senior client stakeholders, manage and grow accounts end-to-end (including travel to the US and Canada), and work with our product and ML teams to identify and codify new solution SKUs. The split is real — 40% insight delivery, 30% account management and growth, 30% solution design and product contribution. None of these is secondary.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Insight Quality & Delivery
•Own the quality of research outputs delivered through their internal platform to global consulting and PE clients
•Apply consulting-grade thinking to validate, layer, and sharpen AI-generated outputs before they reach clients
•Frame insights clearly for senior audiences — structured, concise, and actionable
Account Management & Growth
•Onboard and train new clients on the internal platform, defining custom deployment and adoption strategies per account
•Build proactive relationships with client stakeholders, monitor platform usage, and identify and resolve issues before they escalate
•Drive account expansion through strong relationship management and consistent delivery quality
•Travel to the US and Canada for client engagement as needed
Solution Design & Product Contribution
•Identify new SKU opportunities and solution gaps based on what you see in the field with clients
•Collaborate with product and ML teams to design, codify, and launch new offerings
•Serve as the commercial voice in product conversations — translating client friction into buildable solutions
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•3–4 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB preferred) — this is the primary profile we're hiring for
•Track record of owning client relationships independently, not just supporting them
•Sharp analytical thinking — able to frame a business question, structure an insight, and communicate it clearly to a senior audience
•Comfortable working in an AI-augmented workflow — understands how AI can be applied to research and strategy, and has experimented with or applied AI tools in a professional setting
•High polish in written and verbal communication; confident holding rooms with C-suite and senior decision-makers at consulting and PE firms
•Comfort with ambiguity and product-adjacent thinking — can translate field observations into structured solution design input
•Willingness and ability to travel to the US and Canada
