Responsibilities
• OPC and Private Limited Company incorporation
• LLP registrations
• SPICe+ filings and name reservation (RUN / SPICe+)
• AGILE-PRO-S filings
• DIN allotment
• AOC-4, MGT-7 / MGT-7A filings
• DIR-3 KYC, ADT-1, DPT-3 filings
• GST registration and GST returns
• Income Tax Return (ITR) filings
• TDS compliance and filings
• Resolve MCA resubmissions and queries
• Provide compliance guidance to clients
• Maintain financial and compliance documentation
Requirements
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• CA Fresher can apply
• Basic knowledge of MCA portal, GST portal, and Income Tax portal
• Understanding of company registrations and compliance filings
Mandatory Details
• ICAI Membership Number
• CA qualification proof
