Project Overview
We are initiating a specialised pilot project focused on high-level cellular and subcellular analysis of liver cell cultures under varying experimental conditions. This work will support the development of advanced image-based biological assessments.
Selection for this role will be based strictly on relevant experience, due to the highly specialized and complex nature of the required skills
Role Summary
We are seeking PhD/MSc-level Cell Biologists based in India with deep expertise in liver biology and advanced microscopy. The selected expert will analyse microscopy images of liver cell cultures in healthy versus drug/compound-exposed states and provide detailed biological interpretation at both the cellular and subcellular levels.
Required Qualifications• PhD/MSc in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated experience working
with:•Livercells•Liver cell cultures or•Liver biopsies•Previous experience in subcellular-level
analysis.
Previous hands-on experience
with:•Fluorescence microscopy•Unstained brightfield microscopy•Analyzing cellular responses to drug or compound exposure.
Preferred Experience
• Prior work in toxicology, pharmacology, or drug screening studies.• Experience producing image-based biological assessment reports.• Familiarity with quantifying or categorising cellular phenotypes from microscopy images.
