Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Consultant role located in New Delhi. As a Consultant at VITL India Foundation, you will work on strategic planning, propose initiatives to enhance organizational impact, and drive partnerships with stakeholders, including donors and institutions. You will analyze data, assess community needs, and design programs aligned with the foundation’s focus areas such as healthcare, education, environmental protection, and skill development. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll also monitor project implementation, ensure timely reporting, and contribute to evaluating program outcomes to inform future decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including writing, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven expertise in project management, strategic planning, and program evaluation
- Analytical skills and the ability to conduct in-depth research and interpret data for program assessment
- Knowledge of and experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, skill development, women empowerment, or environmental protection
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with donors, CSR initiatives, and institutional collaborators
- Passion for social impact and working with underserved communities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Educational qualifications in social work, development studies, public health, or related fields preferred
