Associate / Consultant

🔎Core Capabilities Required:
✔6 months to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
✔Strong command over English with confident candidate interaction skills
✔Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
✔Proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking, reporting, and recruitment analytics
✔Ability to manage candidate databases with accuracy and consistency
✔Exposure to stakeholder communication and offer negotiation processes
🎓Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
⏳Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
📍Location: Vadodara
👥Team / Stakeholder Exposure: Direct interaction with candidates and internal hiring teams
🗓️Mon - Fri, 5-Day Week
