Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant at our office in Gurugram. The Property Consultant will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing expert real estate advice, and guiding clients through the process of buying or investing in properties. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with clients, conducting property sales, managing negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Consulting and Real Estate expertise with a strong understanding of the property market and trends
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to drive deals and achieve targets
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills to manage multiple clients and close deals efficiently
- Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to the real estate industry
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the real estate sector or a sales-oriented role is a plus
